Building the Pipeline Campaign
Farad Ali, CEO of Asociar, LLC (a top African-American owned business), his daughter, Ellington Ali and
Dr. George T. French, the President of Clark Atlanta University (a top Historically Black College and University)
partnered with Planet Mogul to develop the Moguls-in-Training Workbook to help cultivate a diverse
pipeline of entrepreneurs, educators, innovators, leaders (corporate and community) and a skilled
prepared workforce starting at the middle-school level.
The vision is to empower students to achieve more for themselves, their families and their communities.

About Ellington Ali
Ellington is a teenager who attends a public middle school.
She is an avid dancer of ballet, Broadway, jazz and hip hop.
Ellington actively engages with her friends on TikTok. Her
other interests include drawing, painting, gardening,
designing, fashion, thrifting; and loving her pet fish,
hamster and dog. A vibrant and enthusiastic young lady
who is an unbridled free-spirit.
About Dad Farad Ali
Farad is a doting dad of four. He enjoys working as an
entrepreneur and an active member of organizations
that focus on improving lives of all people. Known as a
social butterfly with a boisterous and booming voice,
Cheshire cat smile and colorful personality; he has a
passion for people, community and equity outcomes.
