- The Mogul Academy is for parents, teachers and others to help teach the Moguls-in-Training Workbook (no cost) with standardized lesson plans, resources, videos, activities and profiles of executives from each industry.
- The Learn + Earn Program is for students to know one idea can make a difference. Our retail partners will search for the next great product while students learn how to run a business and earn profits.

About Ellington Ali
Ellington is a teenager who attends a public middle school.
She is an avid dancer of ballet, Broadway, jazz and hip hop.
Ellington actively engages with her friends on TikTok. Her
other interests include drawing, painting, gardening,
designing, fashion, thrifting; and loving her pet fish,
hamster and dog. A vibrant and enthusiastic young lady
who is an unbridled free-spirit.
About Dad Farad Ali
Farad is a doting dad of four. He enjoys working as an
entrepreneur and an active member of organizations
that focus on improving lives of all people. Known as a
social butterfly with a boisterous and booming voice,
Cheshire cat smile and colorful personality; he has a
passion for people, community and equity outcomes.
